We all remember Richa Chadda from her first movie, where she was critically acclaimed for her brilliant acting. Although the movie did not do well at the Box Office, the actress left a really good impression in all our minds.

Richa Chadda started off as a model and then slowly got into theatres. She did a lot of plays all over India and Pakistan. She got her first break in Bollywood under the directorial hat of Dibakar Bannerjee’s movie .After Dibakar Bannerjee’s Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye, this hot actress is all set to play the lead role of the upcoming movie ‘Tamanchey’. When asked about the gap between her first and next movie, Richa explained, "I was clear about doing good roles.” This is also the reason why she turned down a lot of offers that came her way. In this movie, she is pairs up with Nikhil Dwivedi of ‘Shor in the city’ fame.

Mithun eats more rice for ‘Nobel Chor’

Kolkata, Feb 10 (IBNS): Bengali actor Mithun Chakraborty whose upcoming movie “Nobel Chor” is scheduled to release on Feb 17 said that he had to eat a lot of rice to develop belly to fit into his character.

“I ate more rice to develop a tummy and fit into the character but usually I am not so much fond of rice,” revealed the actor.

What attracted you to Sunil Ganguly's story while you were looking through subjects and stories for your new film?

Over the last few years, I had been travelling to the US off and on quite frequently. I saw the glamour and the glitz, the beauty and the affluence within which people live. But I also saw the invisible lines between the glamour and the glitz that spelt out a story of loneliness, of living in a kind of emotional vacuum. I had read Sunil-da’s story four years ago and I found the characters very familiar. I discovered that they were timeless and universal. The story brings to life some lines of the poet Rumi that says, “Beyond right and wrong” and found it to be very real and true to life. So I decided to make the film.

Are you saying that relationships beyond the parameters of social sanction should not be judged on their values?
