Directed by Madhur Bhandarkar, starring Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mughda Godse, Manoj Bajpai, Arya Babbar. Neel Nitin Mukesh plays the role of Parag Dixit.

Reusing some of the same space used for sets setup by Nitin Desai in his ND Studios, Karjat for Ashutosh Gowariker's historical blockbuster ’s Jodhaa Akbar (Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai), a whole set of Jail is set up, with a rumored cost of Rs. 3 Crores. Madhur Bhandarkar initially wanted to shoot inside a real jail in north India (the famed Tihar Jail in New Delhi), but did not get clearance from the authorities to do so (which, in my view, is the right thing.)
