FAST FORWARD is one more Dance-crazy youth oriented musical / romance Hindi movie. Young people who love dancing struggle against various odds to keep their creativity alive, under benevolent mentorship by the Bollywood veteran actor Vinod Khanna. The story is about two dancer buddies Rishi and Sunny. Sunny developes a romantic relationship with Jeel, Rishi’s sister. Turns out Jeel has a passion for dancing as well, which flourishes under Sunny's influence, but at the cost of darkness revisited on Rishi's part.

UK based Sabina Sheema is a newcomer to Bollywood. Sabina won the Zee Cinestars Ki Khoj contest.
