The beautiful 19-year old Tejaswini Lonari plays the role of Queen Padmini in this Historical Drama Series airing weekdays at 8 PM on SONY TV Channel in India. Rohit Bakshi and Mukesh Rishi play Maharaja Ratan Singh and Alauddin Khilji respectively. The serial is produced by Nitin Chandrakant Desai. The episodes are being shot in Karjat in the sets of the Bollywood blockbuster Jodhaa Akbar.
