Kolkata, India, April 23 - Tollywood heart-throb actor Jeet is gearing up for his first Indo-Bangladeshi venture titled ‘Baadsha - The Don’. Directed by Baba Yadav, the Kolkata new Bangla movie will see Jeet romancing with two beautiful ladies, one from each side of the Bangladesh border.

Reportedly Jeet is going to play the title role of ‘Badshah’ - an aspiring gangster who inspired by famous Bollywood movies based on underworld. He sparks rivalry between two dreaded gangs and joins one of them with an ambition to rise in the ranks of  the underworld.

His boss, in one of the assignments, sends him to follow the sister of  the boss of  the rival gang and to win her heart. This entire plan was to disrupt the probable nexus between the rival gang with another powerful underworld clan.

But Baadshah has something else in his destiny as he is shown the wrong girl, who turns out to be actually the sister of his own boss. Realizing his mistake he later shifts his attention to his real target, i.e. the sister of the rival gang’s boss and makes her fall in love with him.

But by that time the sister of his own boss was also in love with him. What happens next is narrated in the rest of the film.

The very hot Bangladeshi actress Nusrat Faria will play the role of Sreya while Bollywood actress Shraddha Das will be seen as Priya in the film.

Nusrat Fariya though has worked in a couple of Indo-Bangladeshi ventures earlier. This will be the first time Shraddha Das will be doing the same.

Nusrat Faria's act in ‘Aashiqui ‘(2015) opposite Ankush and ‘Hero 420’ (2016) opposite Om has made her quite a familiar face among the Indian audience.

Shraddha Das has also worked with Jeet in ‘Royal Bengal Tiger’. Though Shraddha is of Bengali ethnicity, ‘Royal Bengal Tiger’ remains her lone Bengali movie till date and now ‘Baadsha - the Don’ will be her second one.

The movie has a number of action sequences never seen before in any Bengali movie. In one scene Jeet will be seen running over a moving train. He has performed it by himself without using a body double.

Jeet in this movie will be sporting an interesting look which includes golden brownish hair. The superstar will also be sporting a tattoo on his left hand that reads Don.

This film is also the third venture where choreographer turned director Baba Yadav has directed Jeet. Their first venture together was ‘Boss’ which broke many box office records in the Bengali film industry. Their second venture ‘Game’ too was a runaway hit. They surely would be eyeing a hat-trick of hits with ‘Badshah: The Don’.
