Suvadeep Chakraborty is working as a RJ with 90.8 Radio JU (a community radio channel of Jadavpur University). He is a budding elocutionist looking forward towards building a career in Recitation and Anchoring.  He is a disciple of Smt. Bratati Bandopadhyay and Shri Jagannath Bose. He is an artist of Yubobani, All IndiaRadio, Kolkata too. He has performed in various programmes like Jadavpur Utsab, Bango Sanskriti Utsob, Bhasa Chetona Utsab, Vidyasagar Mela, Alipur Judges Court, Sishu Kishore Utsab, Bharotiya Sanskriti Utsab- to name a few. He has received awards from Niladri Sekhar Bose Sriti Samman Puraskar by Dakhin Kolkata Krira O Sanskriti Parishad., One of the Best –award by Youth Guild for Friendship, A Indo-Russian Concern, Bachik Shilpi Sansad Runner Up award, Dhiren Bose Sriti Samman Puraskar by Rupmanjari. He has actively participated in two CDs, Ak Guchcho Chabi by Alfa Music and Biday Sarane by Cozmik Harmoni.
