Calcutta, Sep 8, 2011 (Washington Bangla Radio) The Remac Group whose main business is realty , but are also involved in other businesses like Hospitality, Garments, FMCG, IT/ITes/BPOS etc announced the launch of their maiden venture ‘Macho Mostafa’ in a grand style at the HHI yesterday.

Hiran who will be seen in a new avatar in this film along with the new ‘find’ Puja, a debutante in Bengali films arrived in grand style on the stage on a bike .The stage had been beautifully created and had a magical feel. The first ‘shot’ was taken as if a real shot had been shot as the director Reshmi Mitra (absolutely appropriately dressed like one and the entire unit had come straight from the actual shooting of the film) hollered "Lights, Camera, Action" in real style!

The film promises to be a romantic love story with lots of action scenes included which will establish Hiran as a true star along with the beautiful Puja who seemed to be quite promising at least by appearance. All this could happen because of the efforts of P.P.Tiwari, the chairman of Remac who does not see this as a business. He said "I want to make Bengali films which even Non Bengali people will come to see ... For this purpose I have included a song in this film, actually a Hindi song which will draw that class of people to the theatres". He also said that the music is one of the USPs as it will surely make us nostalgic after we listen to it as it has been composed in such a way.

The film which has been directed by Reshmi Mitra and has been produced by Remac and has music by Samidh Mukherjee and has been edited by M.Sushmit. The cinematographer is Kumud Verma and Baba Yadav & Stanley are the choreographers.

Remac intends to make another 4 to 5 films by the end of next year.
