SOS Children's Villages - Bollywood Fundraiser - 25th September.

My name is Moumita Bhattacharya, and I have been working with this unique non-profit organization called SOS Children's Villages for over 2 years now http://www.sos-india.org/ and http://bollywooddancenight25september.eventbrite.com/ .

You all would agree with me that the future of India is in its children.
Consider these figures:
• India has a child population of 410 Million
• About 118 Million children are living in abject poverty
• Out of them 20 Million have lost one or both parents

These children are seeing extreme poverty, are orphaned by AIDS, are abandoned because of being of the wrong gender or wrong caste or just because they were one of the too many mouths to feed for a family whose lives are ruled by hunger.

We are doing a special fundraiser with Manan Singh Katohora, JMD CREATIONS, on SATURDAY, September 25th at I `The Indian Experience in DC to create awareness about this cause and SOS Children's Villages, India Initiative.

Please join us and help us help more orphaned and abandoned children in India

It will be a great evening... tickets include - free appetizers, cash bar, karaoke, Bollywood dance night, standup comedy by famous Comedian PAUL SINGH and a surprise performance - 6 hrs nonstop entertainment (online $20, door $25) - tickets are selling real fast, To book your tickets in advance or learn more please visit: http://bollywooddancenight25september.eventbrite.com/

Thanks and Warm Regards,
Moumita
