The 1935 Marathi classic movie Chandrasena holds a special place in the heritage of Indian cinema.
The black-and-white mythological drama film had a star cast of Nalini Tarkhad, Sureshbabu Mane, Kelkar, Mane Pahelwan, Budasaheb, Manajirao, Shankar Kulkarni and others. It was directed by V Shantaram (Amritmanthan, Ayodhyecha Raja, Agnikankan).
Chandrasena is a production of the legendary Prabhat Film Company with music directed by Keshavrao Bhole.
