KAAN – The Boutique Audio Studio being Samidh’s brain child was born of the idea that many songwriters, bands, and artists could either not afford, or did not have access to, the big end of the music business. “The idea of the KAAN was born from things I had learned or experienced in the Bengal music industry over many years. Firstly, there is so much great Bengali musical talents out there, both vocal and instrumental, and I wanted a way to bring that all together into an accessible creative hub for artists and songwriters. Secondly that for every person who knows the music business, there’s an artist or musician that doesn’t – they don’t have connections, haven’t done studio work, or just don’t know how to take their material to the next level. From these two ideas this hub was born.” said Samidh Mukerjee, Founder, KAAN –The Botique Audio Studio. It is a state of the art boutique audio studio for the entire music production as well as total film’s post production work offering the equipments and technicians best in the industry. Now, one needs not to fly to Mumbai or elsewhere for getting the best quality sound and approach in ones music. Based in the heart of the city at XXXX Jodhpur Gardens close to South City, KAAN is here to give the musicians a polished big-end-of-town studio sound.

Bengal has seen it all till now from classical to folk, rock to modern film songs, Jibon Mukhi to Bangla Band in the name of progressive music. Now Wah Wah Samidh for the first has brought to us the Bangla glam pop music video ‘Let’s Party’. The video featuring a whole lot of enthusiastic party people some of whom are actors and dancers grooving to the tune on the sea beach can be seen in YouTube channel. Samidh added “In this modern world of ours we lacked a music star in Bengal who could stir up a genre without any inhibitions & apprehensions and yet make some sense also while it entertains one and all breaking all barriers of cast creed & class. This new genre called “Bangla Glam Pop” had to take birth…it’s definitely not as deep as an ocean neither does it revolt like a rock…it just effortlessly emits fun & music quite magically. So just raise a toast to that and ‘Let’s Party’ - the first ever Bangla Glam Pop video single for you…have fun. ”
