July 19, 2011 (Washington Bangla Radio) Pitrasish Films who have already produced 5 films in the past (including Musalmanir Galpo and Laboratory), announced the launch of their new music company called Pitrasish Music recently. With this launch, they will be able to release the music of their home productions plus of other production houses from now on as well as release other non film albums as well.

Thus on this particular evening, they killed two birds with one stone by launching the CD of their upcoming film ‘Tomaye Bhalobashi’ plus launching a Rabindrasangeet album featuring Manoj Murli Nair, Srabani Sen in songs and Bratati Bandyopadhyay and RJ Raja (of 91.9 Friends Fame) in recitation called ‘Dujone’.

The launch saw the presence of the cast and crew of the film as well as the music directors of the film, noted composers Anand-Milind (from Mumbai who have set tunes to many memorable songs from the 90s and their first hit film 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak') who were also present along with noted film director Shekhar Das and Manoj Murli Nair who also happened to be present on the occasion and even sang a few lines of ‘Sedin Dujone’, the popular Rabindrasangeet.

One even spotted Swagatalakhmi Dasgupta in the audience.

Tomae Bhalobashi features Kunal and newcomer Jhilik and others like Biplab Chatterjee, Dolon Roy, Bharat Kaul and even Shakti Kapoor. The film has 5 songs featuring Kunal Gunjawala, Shaan, Javed Ali, June Banerjee, Monali Thakur, Rima Mukherjee and Kalpana. The lyrics are by Goutam Sushmit. The film is expected to release in end August or in the beginning of September.

The launch of Pitrasish Music took place at Hops, South City Mall.
