Mumbai, July 13, 2011 (Washington Bangla Radio) Koncept Infotenment presents "Bubblegum" (Hindi, 2011) - an Indian family drama film produced by Sushma Kaul about coming of age of a 14-year old romantic teenager. The expected release date is July 27, 2011.

Directed by Sanjivan Lal, the film stars Sohail Lakhani, Apurva Arora, Sachin Khedekar, Tanvi Azmi, Delzad Sanjay Hiwale, Suraj Singh and more.

The cinematographer is Anshul Chobey, editor Suresh Pai and Sound engineer Manas Chaudhary.

The film is set in the steel city of Jamshedpur, now in the state of Jharkand (previously Bihar), in the 1980s - "an era when there was no TV, Internet, mobile and face book!", per the official synopsis. "It is a fun, frothy and warm coming of an age story of a fourteen year old Vedant. He has just stepped out of childhood and has not yet stepped into adulthood. It is while going through turbulent phase of life in his academically critical year of Standard 9 first love or rather infatuation happens to him and sends his relationship with his family and his world upside down finally leading him to discover the meaning of love, life and relationship in a positive way!"
