The songs of Nayika brings back the 1980s Tollywood.

Kumar Sanu, Jojo, Aneshwa, Anik Dhar and Ananya sing under music direction of Arup-Pranay Duo on lyrics by our very own Rabindranath Tagore and Debangshu and Tushu Chanda.

While the story line of the film is by Tushu Chanda, the story has been re-oriented by Rajesh Mukherjee and Debabarta Roy who has also written the script.

Edited by Malay Banerjee, the film has Ashoke Dasgupto as Cinematographer.

Debashree Chatterjee is the PRO for the film.

As a new leading cast in Tollywood, Roopsha and Aarav were present that that evening along with Indrani Halder, Jojo, Kumar Sanu, Sukanto Roy, Anik, Ananya, Producers and others.

The story of the film evolves around fulfillment of dream of a small town girl as Heroine of Tinsel Town in support of her mother and ups and downs in the path of her achievement.

The film Nayika showcases a love story of a small-town girl with a rich dude along with love story of her friend with a talented but frustrated film director.

As we know Sukanto Roy as the director of substance, we can expect Nayika as a very good meaningful and successful hit project on its release within a month at theatres.
