KELOR KIRTI 2016 - DEV NUSRAT JAHAN SAYANTIKA - FULL BANGLA MOVIE POSTER

Kolkata, June 27 - ‘Kelor Kirti’, the upcoming Bengali movie promises to be an out and out entertainer for the audience. By the look of this multi-starrer movie which stars Tollywood hero Dev along with popular stars like Jisshu Sengupta, Ankush Hazra, Nusrat Jahan, Koushani Mukherjee and Sayantika Banerjee, it seems to be a fun filled comedy designed to tickle the funny bones of the audience. Rudranil Ghosh, one of the top choices when it comes to pulling of a comedy role, will be seen in a hilarious role in the movie.

DEV and NUSRAT: LOVE EXPRESS

According to reports the  movie directed by Raja Chanda is about three couples whose life goes crazy with the entry of a beautiful woman in their life. Sources say that Jisshu will be seen as a guy who’s always suspected by his wife (played by ‘Mimi Chakrabarty’) of  having an extra marital relationship.  Ankush will be seen as Jisshu’s friend who falls in love with Koushani Mukherjee and marries her. Jisshu and Ankush have a third friend in form of Dev, who is a casanova and has multiple affairs. But still his wife (played by Sayantika Banerjee) never suspects him of anything fishy. In the course of the film Ankush will be seen threatening Dev of exposing his real nature to his wife. So Dev sets up Nusrat to get in a steamy relationship with Ankush so that Dev can counter the threat of exposing extramarital affairs. What follows is a comedy of errors laced with lots of confusion and twists and turns.

The script of ‘Kelor Kirti’ has been penned by N.K. Salil, the most sought after script writer when it comes to full-fledged commercial movies. Sailesh Awasti is the lensman behind the camera while MD Kalam is in charge of editing the frames into perfection.

The music seems to be one of the high points of the film and a lot of credit for that goes to music director Dev Sen. Singers like Vicky A Khan, Madhuraa Bhattacharya and Prasenjit Mallik have lent their voices for the peppy and entertaining songs. Raja Chanda and Prasenjit Mallik have penned the lyrics of the songs.

The makers of the movie have recently released two songs from the movie. The first song ‘Darling’ is set in the backdrop of beaches and features Jisshu , Ankush, Rudranil ,Mimi, Koushani and Nusrat. Jisshu is seen romancing with Mimi while Ankush is seen wooing Koushani. But it is confusing to see why Ankush pretends to play lover to Nusrat whenever he sees Mimi and Jisshu try to do the same when he sees Koushani. It can be predicted from the song that Jisshu and Ankush are trying hard to supress something and is up to some big mischief.

The second song ‘Love me’ sees Dev in his casanova avatar paying love games with a number of beauties ranging from blondes to brunettes to Indian glam girls. He does all this on beaches and yachts. The choreography by Adil Sheikh is clearly inspired by a number of Bollywood songs like ‘Desi Boys’, ‘Main Alchoholic Hoon’ and others.
