Calcutta, June 1, 2011 (Washington Bangla Radio) Sikarroti, a new Bengali film which is on the floors currently stars Angshuman Gupta, Rimjhim Mitra, Shankar Chakarabarty, Shymal Dutta, Raja Chatterjee, Boddhisatwa Majumdar, Sanghamitra Banerjee, Shakuntala Barua, Santwana Basu and others.
The music is by Riju Roychoudhury and the lyrics are by Swarajit Banerjee.
The editor is Snehasish Ganguly and the director Sudipto Sengupta doubles up as the cinematographer while the story is by Gita Poddar.
The screenplay and dialogue are by Amit Sarkar and Sudeshno Sarkar. The playback singers are Udit Narayan, Abhijeet, Soham and Pamela Jain.
