The contest is open to people from Kolkata and West Bengal. The actual award ceremony will be broadcast live on STAR Jalsha TV Channel on 4th July, 2010 at 7:30 PM (American Independence Day - which is befitting, since STAR TV is owned by the American media tycoon Rupert Murdoch.)
