John Abraham Creates Hysteria

John Abraham mobbed by crowd in Mumbai suburb

Mumbai, May 6, 2013 (Washington Bangla Radio): Having been part of two 100-crore films, Bollywood actor John Abraham looks well on his way to being amongst the most celebrated actors this year with the stupendous success of Balaji’s gangster entertainer Shootout at Wadala.

"Action Abraham" has an ever-increasing fan base, proof of which is the hysteria the actor created as he visited the popular G7 multiplex in the suburbs.

Apart from John Abraham being mobbed right at the entrance of the multiplex, as he came to catch reactions of his recent release, audiences from adjacent shows too left the screens half way to catch a glimpse of him, to a point where the situation got almost out of control. Despite 7 bodyguards protecting John, additional security had to be called to handle the frenzy.

Says a source, “As news of John’s arrival at the theater chain spread, public from all over entered in huge numbers. People from the theaters left their films mid-way to catch a glimpse of him. Within a span of a few minutes the crowd got uncontrollable and John was made to wait in the theatre’s basement office for an hour or so until the crowd dispersed”.
