"The Colors of Pride" (2012) Period Film on History and Culture of Rajasthan Premieres in India

New Delhi, Delhi, May 22, 2012 (Washington Bangla Radio / India PRwire) Marwah Studio and its Asian Academy of Film and Television hosted the premier of forthcoming film "The Colors of Pride". The cast and director of the film interacted with the media after the film's premier.

The director of the film told the media about the film and its making. The film reveals the forgotten heroic saga of the land of Rajasthan. The Colors of Pride is a period film that holds its background in Rajasthan. The actor of the film Mr. Tom Alter talked about his character of a king that he plays in the film. Film's plot revolves around the king and his constant struggle with every circumstance.

The director of the film Amit Prajapati said that his film introduces the audience with the rich and glorious culture of Rajasthan. The film aspires people to be prepared for the change that comes with time and one should transform himself/herself with time. Producers Virendra Prajapati and Yadukul Bhusahn said that music floats everywhere in the air of Rajasthan that is why they have made an ample use of regional artists in the film. The regional artists have done commendable job in the movie.

The Director of AAFT, Sandeep Marwah said that many years ago a foreigner came to India and fell in love with its culture. Mr. Marwah said that foreigner is none other than Tom Alter who came to India and settled here forever. Mr. Alter has played numerous roles in many Bollywood Hindi movies and is a renowned character artist. Entire film fraternity respects Mr. Alter who holds his own identity in the industry.

Answering the media Mr. Alter said that it is the soil of India that mesmerizes and binds everyone with it whosoever visits here. He also congratulated Mr. Marwah for establishing an academy that provides platform to young and budding talents in North India.
