"We Are The Club House" (WATCH) Bengali Band from Mumbai release "Quo Vadis"


Mumbai, May 31, 2011 (Washington Bangla Radio) W.A.T.C.H (We Are The Club House) is a group based in Mumbai, India, who have recently released an album named "Quo Vadis" with Ahiri Music of Kolkata. The group dabbles in various creative art forms, including music, films, animation and like, and is based in Bhayander in the western suburbs of Mumbai. The members belong to different fields of profession, each one busy with their daily hum drum schedule, scattered all over the city, each one with different academic background but the passion and talent for music drawing them close to their musical celebration every weekend with an old guitar – named ‘Sitar’, their muse.

Related to the blessed land of Santiniketan in some way or the other they present their first musical album “Quo Vadis” – a strong but subtle image of life and times within the common genres of music. The launch of their debut album was attended by the poet Joy Goswami  and Tushar Kanti Ray, cinematographer of 'Dhobi Ghat' Hindi film produced by Aamir Khan.
