Hindi Movie - Shahid Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in Badmash Company (2010) by Parmeet Sethi - Trailer Release

Badmaash Company PosterMar 27, 2010 (Washington Bangla Radio) Yash Raj Films' Badmash Company is set in 1994. Four young urban Bombay residents - Karan, Bulbul, Zing and Chandu - are looking to get rich quick. They come together, and "do all the wrong things the right way". The film then moves on to some Bollywood-cliched New York city scenes, with the heroes and heroines gyrating there in classic non-sensical Bollywood moves and fantasizing on fooling some Caucasian types, and move on to Las Vegas, where the trailer seems to imply they manage to come up with a way to con the casinos.

This will in all likelihood turn out to be yet another "Asian Indians are smarter than white Americans" movie, probably shot using camera and accessories made in the USA and the crew and the cast moving around in American-made planes and cars.

The only silver lining may be this flick does not try to claim it portrays America in some way, and will thus avoid the disastrous depiction of perceived America in My Name Is Khan.
