Bengali modern songs by Mrs Juthika Barua - শ্রীমতি যূথিকা বড়ুয়ার কণ্ঠে আধুনিক বাংলা গান


Toronto- based Indo-Canadian composer, Hindi and Bengali lyricist, story writer and singer Mrs. Juthika Barua Jyoti hailing from Kolkata, India. She started singing at age nine and learned classical music in Kolkata from, Guruji KanaiLal Adhikari. At age 13 she got an award from all India Singing Competition.
Armed with a diploma from Allahabad, the glorious award winning singer has earned applauses and appreciation for her singing across the Globe. She had given life performances in several states of U. S. A. and Canada, including New York, Buffalo, Indiana, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Florida, Toronto, Edminton and Montreal.
She has composed around 50 songs not only in Hindi but also in Bengali too. Apart from singing film songs, she is good ingeet, ghazal, bhajan, folkand modern hip hop numbers. She got an award from an all India Singing Competition.

Jyoti had earlier released a Hindi  album titled  “Rukh Se Parda” in Mumbai, India. This  isher first Hindi album which has released worldwide by SRK Music in Mumbai. It was blessed by none other than Bollywood ace singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya at his Durga Puja festival in Lokhandwala, Mumbai. Also her first Bangla albumtitled  “Jiboner Sajghor” which has released worldwide by Sagarika Music in Kolkata. It was blessed by Bengali Legendary singer Sreemoti Banosree Sengupta.


She says, “I am glad that the songs are loved by anybody who has listened to them. So that I can achieve my own fame through my voice which I feel will enrich all the musical souls as music is just enough to touch one’s heart and mind and there by give peace to the soul. Now I am continuing to focus working on my second Bangla album."
