Strings is a 2006 film written and directed by Sanjay Jha, starring Adam Bedi as Warren Hastings, Sandhya Mridul, Vineet Kumar, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Sanjay Kumar, Deepak Kumar and others. The movie is produced by Sanjay Jha Mastan Mathew Varghese and Sanjay Jha Mastan.

The music of Strings is composed by the talented Assamese singer-composer Zubeen Garg, with songs by Zubeen Garg, Shaswati, Brishti Saikia, Anandita Paul, Sourain Roy Choudhuri and Angaraag Mahanta.

Official Synopsis

At the suggestion of an Indian friend (Sandhya Mridul), Warren Hastings (Adam Bedi), a young British man, embarks on a quest to experience the Mahakumbh and explore the secrets of Indian mysticism. Along the way, he connects with his past by reading his grandfather's personal diary that was written during his time spent in India.
