Apparently the actress of Well Done Abba - Minissha Lamba - won a trip to the Bora Boira islands from Dubai International Film Festival for her extraordinary performance.

Well Done Abba is the story of Armaan Ali, a driver working in Mumbai. He takes leave for a month to find a husband for his teenage daughter, who lives in a small locality close to Hyderabad. Armaan Ali returns to work only after 3 months. His young employer wants to sack him, but is persuaded to listen to the reason why Armaan got so delayed. (facebook)

Asked by his irate boss to explain himself, Ali embarks on a colourful and fantastical tale that takes in his attempts to marry off his wayward daughter, the vexations caused by his irresponsible relatives, a mysterious tale of a stolen well and ultimately a farcical state of affairs that threatens to bring down the Government. A satirical-comedy by acclaimed film-maker Shyam Benegal, the star cast includes Boman Irani, Minissha Lamba, Sammir Dattani, Ila Arun, Sonali Kulkarni, Ravi Kishen, Rajit Kapur, Ravi Jhankal and Yashpal Sharma.

The film also received critical acclaim at the 33rd Montreal World Film Festival.
