In full display in her acclaimed role in Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, Sonnalli recently revealed secrets behind her remarkable fitness and flawless figure: Dance! She works out to Jazz and Kathak dance routines but the enjoys Belly Dancing the most. is.

Back in her hometown Kolkata, Sonnalli aspired for career in fashion design and got through the difficult admission procedure to the top NIFT school of fashion. She has held many fashion exhibitions in Kolkata. But the actress had to make a difficult choice between participating in the Miss India pageant or taking up the NIFT course for four years. After having a series of discussions with her close friends and family, Sonnalli decided to shoot for a Miss India title.

Crowned Miss India International 2006, she continued to design as a hobby and loves designing her outfits even today.

Talking about designing, Sonnalli says, “I don't regret not taking up designing only because I can continue to pursue it as a passion. It was overwhelming to receive such positive reactions for the outfit I put together. I haven't got the time to design much in the last one year but the GQ awards stint certainly peps me up to get time out and do more of this.”

While wearing affluent fashion labels is a fad at such fashion events, Sonnalli clearly stood out with her in-house and tailor-made outfit. We are looking forward to see more of Sonnalli in her personally designed apparels.
