Deepika: I have been performing as a child artist at Radio and Doordarshan. I had been performing and recently after the Director of Doordarshan recognized my talent and gave me a platform. I have collaborated with a Swedish music composer and released one track with him. It was exciting to sing fusion with him while I sang Indian classical and he sang in English.

Aroun: You are also associated with United Youth of India Foundation, what is your role over there?

Deepika: I believe youth has all the leadership qualities and so I want to contribute to the society in all the ways I can.
