Mumbai, Jan 30, 2011 (Washington Bangla Radio)  Munnabhai Chale Amerika is the third movie of the popular Munnabhai series. It is being produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and is directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The first two movies of the Munnabhai series were Munna Bhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munna Bhai. All the films including that of Munnabhai Chale Amerika, revolves around the two important characters namely, Munna Bhai or Murli Prasad Sharma and his aid or associate Circuit or Sarkeshwar. The former character is being played by Sanjay Dutt while the later is being played by Arshad Warsi.
 
The series of Munnabhai films are synonymous with that of Munna and Circuit. Even though the third film of the series was slated to be released in 2010, it was postponed due to the release of My Name is Khan, as there was some similarity between the two films.
 
Munnabhai Chale Amerika is a Bollywood comedy, the story of which is written by Rajkumar Hirani, Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Abhijit Joshi. The cinematography of the film is done by famous Ganesh Acharya and it is being distributed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
 
Story of the film revolves around Munna and Circuit and the title is suggestive enough to give an idea about the story. In this film Munna and circuit tries to learn English, as they have plans to travel to America. As they wish to travel to America, they need to learn English and the film depicts their honest tries to learn English. Even though the film is yet to be released, it shows how Circuit and Munna try to translate Hindi sentences into English. In doing so, it results in a lot of errors, which will make the audience laugh. In fact this film is a visual delight as well as a comic relief to the audiences.
 
The entire Munnabhai series belongs to the comedy genre, where Munnabhai Chale Amerika is an addition to that series. The music of the film is done in accordance with the film and the on screen chemistry between Munna and Circuit is worth noticing. In fact it is their on screen chemistry which makes the series of Munnabhai more exciting and fun to watch.
 
Even though the film’s release has been postponed, the viewers need not be disheartened. The film is set to hit the movie halls soon and it is sure to be a grand entertainer. We can see the same old characters, that of Munna and Circuit in a foreign locale, who will be back with a bang to entertain the audiences.
 
We hope that Munnabhai Chale Amerika gets nominated for awards and receives critical acclamation from viewers as well as critics, like the former ones. Munna Bhai MBBS was nominated for the best popular movie along with critic’s award and many more such awards. Lage Raho Munna Bhai also won several awards along with praises from the prime minister of the country.
