The acting side of this serial Sadhak Bamakhepa is not so strong at all
Basically, we Indians are the real admires of the Mahashakti, of the supreme power.
According to the Indian mythology, Dakshayani or Sati (the daughter of Daksha )had married the Lord Shiva against the wish of her own father Daksha in the Satya Yuga. Daksha was very angry with it and wanted to take revenge on Lord Shiva - the son in law of Daksha. So, he arranged a Vrihaspati yagna and invited all the deities except his own daughter Dakshayani or Sati and son in law Lord Shiva.
But, Sati(or Dakshayani - the daughter of Daksha) went to her father Dakshas house to attend the Vrihaspati yagna as an uninvited guest only. And, she did not get any respect from Daksha - host of the yagna and the father of Dakshayani or Sati as well. Then Daksha insulted Lord Shiva - the husband of Sati. Sati could not tolarate these things and with the help of her own yogic powers she killed herself.
Lord Shiva, the husband of Sati then cut off the head of Daksha and replaced it with the head of a male goat. After that, Lord Shiva picked up the remains part of the body of Sati and danced the tandab nritya(the dance of destruction).
Then, to stop him Lord Vishnu cutted down the body of Sati into different parts with his Sudarshana Chakra. These parts of the body of Sati fallen down at the various spots of our great country and formed sites that are known as 51 Shakti Peethams later.
The place Tarapith of our own state West Bengal is one of these 51 Shakti Peethams(Kalighat and Bargaveema are the two other Shakti Peethams of these state of West Bengal ) only. And, it is the mahapith from the Sadhak Bama Khapa (1843 – 1911) acquired his Siddhi here.
Sadhak Bama Khapa was dedicated to the Goddess Tara since his very young of age. After the death of his father, his mother sent him to their uncle house to work , by looking after cows, just to support the family, but Bamakhepa had been doing the worship of the Goddess Tara only. The great tantric guru Kailaspati Baba and another Tantaric master Mokshananda made Bamakhepa a complete Tantaric sadhak.
Sadhak Bama Khapa had yogic powers. With the help of his own psychic power, Sadhak Bama Khapa healed many sicked people even.
Sadhak Bamakhepa never followed the temple regulations and did not obey the social rules at all. But, Goddess Tara loved him a lot. The Goddess Tara came into the dream of the Maharani of Natore and gave her instruction to fed Bamakhepa - her beloved son, before the Goddess or the Mather of Sadhak Bamakhepa,Tara the great.
