Speaking on the occasion, Music director and also a faculty at this institute Kalyan Sen Borat highlighted on the importance of performing well in front of the audience. For this proper training is very essential for an individual. Professionalism has to be developed. When one wants to become a playback singer, the person will have to put in a lot more effort. Hence when you fail at a certain stage, you must not be disheartened and instead go forward in fulfilling your aims. “My first Hindi film in which I gave the music was never released. The film’s name was Didi. I never lost hope and I am doing not very badly for myself in the music industry” said Kalyan Sen Borat.

Joy Sarkar who began his career as a music arranger and guitarist agreed with the views of Kalyan Sen Borat. He even added that the playback singers must love their profession. They must not work simply to earn money. If that is the goal then they will not be able to proceed further in the field of music. According to Joy Sarkar, music must be a passion for them. “I always give space to the singers who sing for me. I never impose my decisions on them. I guide them but I give them the liberty to sing the songs in their own way. I feel in this way, the best singing can be drawn from the singer” said Joy Sarkar.
