Kalipuja is a deep incantation to the Mother Kali, one of the most powerful forms of the Shakti, the eternal energy.  The association’s puja was performed by the renowned Goddess Kali priest, Shri Shankar Parial of Bangladesh Hindu Mandir (BHM).  His chanting of the holy scriptures completely mesmerized the worshipers leading to an atmosphere of heavenly intensity filled with divine aroma and creating an unforgettable experience for everyone attended.

Children's drawing competition which is now an integral part of the event was judged by Mr. Paul Baldassini of Mercy High School.

After the sumptuous dinner that followed the puja, guests were enticed by the golden voice of the sensational Bollywood singer, winner of "K" for Kishore, Arnab Chakrabarty.  The event was glorified by a puja fair where guests had the unique opportunity to perceive Indian music, film, books, dresses and other attractive items.

More than 400 hundred devotees from all over Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey and New Hampshire attended the puja.  The primary objective was to come together with a shared passion for devotion and inclusivity in cultural excellence.
