It is said by the ancient Indian mythology that, the music itself created from the Damru of the Lord Siva only. It is very difficult to us to say whether it is true or not . But, it is definite that, we Indians are very much music lovers. That is why we can see that, the music based programs, talent hunt shows etc. are taking places in the TV Channels of our country India mostly. And the viewers of every age groups have been liking those types of programs a lot.

Daler Mehndi - the one of the established singing star of India, was born on 18 th of August,1967. He was a cab driver in San Francisco, United States of America in his early life. Then he returned to home in 1991.

After that, his singing career was started. He was trained as a classical singer but he switched to pop and his first album Bolo Ta Ra Ra gained the historical publicity(1995) as a result of that. He received the Award for Voice of Asia International Ethnic and Pop Music Contest (1994), Channel V’s Best Male Pop Singer Award(1996) for Dar Di Rab Rab and for Ho Jayegi Bale Bale(1997).

ishal-Shekhar (Vishal Dadlani - a vocalist, a VJ at Channel V too and Shekhar Ravjiani - classical singer )are a music directing duo (Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani) in the Hindi Film Industry of this modern age. ishal-Shekhar are the people who has combined techno music with Indian sounds actually. They won the Filmfare RD Burman Award for New Music Talent for the Hindi film Jhankaar Beats. We have seen them as the judges in the different talent hunt shows too.

Sajid Wajid - the sons of Tabla player Ustad Sharafat Khan and the grand sons of Padma Shree Ustad Abdul Latif(they were the students of Ustad Allahrakha Khan and his brother Das Babu too), are the famous musical duo in the Bollywood today.

These two people had started the concept of 28 Non-Stop Remix for T-Series. But their first film was Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya (1998). They composed one song in this film. And they composed all the songs of the film Hello Brother(1999).

We are watching the music talent hunt show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstar again in the famous Indian TV Channel Zee TV since last few weeks. The telecast time of this particular music talent hunt show - Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstar is 9.30 pm of the Friday and Saturday of every week.

The mentors of this show are Daler Mehndi ,Vishal-Shekhar and Sajid-Wajid. And the anchor of the show is Purab Kohli .

Just like other music talent hunt show, the motive of this show is only to find out a complete performer,who can entertain many people at a time. So nothing special about it. But, in spite of that, we have hear ed some people to sing, who really enjoy the singing and love the music from the cores of their hearts indeed. We are truly grateful for that. But, we have a question too- is not there any way to avoid the filmy songs over here?
