American Citizen Town Hall Meeting Arranged By U.S. Consulate General Kolkata

Calcutta, Nov 22, 2010 (Washington Bangla Radio) All American citizens, as well as the parents, spouses, and siblings of American citizens, are welcome to attend a “Town Hall” meeting on December 6, 2010, at 3:15 p.m. at the Lincoln Room, American Center, 38-A Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kolkata.  We encourage all Americans and their immediate relatives to come with the hope of establishing a regular meeting on an annual basis or more frequently.

This will be a chance to meet your fellow Americans and discuss issues with officers of the U.S. Consulate’s American Citizen Services section.  The program will include:
·         Remarks by the Consul General
·         A lighthearted quiz on America for children
·         An overview of the services provided by the U.S. Consulate
·         An open discussion with Questions and Answers
·         A chance to mingle with fellow Americans and U.S. Consulate staff
