The future of Education 2011 - Creativity is the key to the overall Child Development

Mumbai, Oct 25, 2011 (Washington Bangla Radio) As we all know Creativity is the freest form of self-expression. There is nothing more satisfying and fulfilling for children than to be able to express themselves openly and without judgment.

Children need plenty of opportunities for creative play and creative thinking. Start by providing activities that are based on the children's interests and ideas.

That is what Future of Education Summit 2011 aims at, providing plenty of opportunities for Children to explore and thus improvising on human capitol.

Nation-wide interschool activities are being conducted by Mount Litera School in various cities which are designed to build up momentum around the Future of Education Summit. One of which was conducted on Saturday, 22nd October 2011.

Around 500 children from five different schools from Jamshedpur participated in the activities. One of the unusual activities conducted was ‘Jugal Bandi’, where in a group of students each one would pick an unusual activity like dancing, singing, and painting. The best part of this activity was that each activity picked shall be inspired from one another. Such an event in a small city like Jamshedpur is remarkable.

Parents of these children have appreciated the initiative by Mount Litera Zee School, which is a co-organizer of Future of Education Summit 2011.
