Stereo-cinematographer 3D Guru Tim Dashwood to highlight the latest tips, trends and techniques in 3D technology

Boston, MA, October 21, 2010 (Washington Bangla Radio / Vocus)  Tim Dashwood, author of the award-winning Stereo3D Toolbox ™ suite of plug-ins, has been invited to attend the upcoming October gathering of the Adobe After Effects New York (AENY) association on October 28, 2010 in New York City. Dashwood, a seasoned cinematographer, director and editor is a Noise Industries Development Partner and the founder of Dashwood Cinema Solutions.

At this month's AENY meeting, Dashwood will discuss current After Effects® CS5 3D trends and how After Effects users can utilize his flagship product, Stereo3D Toolbox™, in their current workflow. Powered by Noise Industries’ FxFactory platform, Stereo3D Toolbox is used by post-production houses around the world for easy stereoscopic 3D mastering on the Mac® platform. Dashwood will also touch upon the following hot trends in CS5 3D technology: fixing disparity and adjusting convergence, creating stereoscopic 3D compositions with After Effects’ 3D camera, 2D to stereoscopic 3D conversion using rotobrush, generation of stereoscopic particle effects, and more.

"We are really excited to have Tim come to AENY to speak about his stereoscopic expertise and his plug-in development with Noise Industries,” comments Jim Geduldick co-leader of AENY. “Developed from a stereographers point of view, his plug-ins have a way of easing the stereo post-production process, which really comes across in the feature set and usability of Stereo3D Toolbox. We believe that Tim's speech will resonate with attendees and provide insightful tips and information for both newcomers and professionals."
