Columbus, OH, October 20, 2010 (Washington Bangla Radio / Vocus)  With a shared devotion to community and a commitment to quality, American Signature, Inc. and the Miss America Organization have partnered to launch a new girls’ furniture collection. The collection, scheduled to debut Oct. 25 at American Signature’s flagship Value City Furniture store in Columbus, Ohio, is inspired by the charm of Miss America.

“This incredible collection has been designed for young girls who dream of being Miss America someday, and it truly reflects the spirit of our pageant beautifully. We are proud to see this collection debut and to know that little girls can dream big and be inspired by this collection,” said President and CEO of the Miss America Organization, Art McMaster.

The elegant and whimsical design reflects the grace and beauty of Miss America and demonstrates American Signature’s commitment to style, luxury, design and quality at an affordable price. Complete with the Miss America signature four-point crown, the collection includes both a full panel and a metal frame bed; a seven-drawer dresser; two chests and bedside table options, as well as a flip up mirror vanity desk; among other items like a fully-upholstered boudoir chair.

“The Miss America Youth Collection is fun and inspiring and will give young girls a room in which they can dream, imagine and grow," said Jonathan Schottenstein, American Signature, Inc. chief operating officer. “Our partnership with the Miss America Organization is a symbol of our dedication to quality just as the collection is representative of Miss America.”

The Collection was designed in collaboration with the Miss America Organization to represent the goals and legacy of the pageant. The crowning of each Miss America is the embodiment of the four points the Miss America crown represents – service, style, scholarship and success. Elements of the logo and crown were incorporated throughout the design of the Collection.

The official launch is scheduled for the Value City Furniture store located at 3700 W. Dublin-Granville Rd., Monday, Oct. 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. Miss America 2010 Caressa Cameron will be on hand to greet guests and pose for photos. Additional representatives from both organizations, including Miss America Organization Board of Directors representative Phyllis George, will be in attendance of the collection launch.
