Happy Streets - a initiative by the Thane Traffic Police, TMC, Vijay Group and Suraksha Realty - had a new star attraction this time. A large mascot of a favorite superhero of Indian children - Chhota Bheem - drew a lot of attention at the event, and was a big hit among kids.
