Indo-Americans laud Obama for quoting Gandhi while addressing young African leaders

**Indo-Americans have applauded US President Barack Obama for quoting
Mahatma Gandhi while addressing 115 young leaders from over 40 countries
across Africa on August three.

Obama reportedly said in this address: “So one of the things that I think
everybody here has to really internalize is the notion that -- I think it
was Gandhi who once said you have to be the change that you seek.


Pennsylvania’s famed Allentown Museum exhibiting Vishnu & other Hindu sculptures

Allentown Art Museum in Pennsylvania (USA) is currently exhibiting various
Hindu sculptures under its Indian Art exhibition, which will continue till
September five.

It includes over two dozen important sculptural works in bronze, stone and
wood ranging from sixth to 20th centuries, including “Lord Vishnu Flanked by
Attendants”, a 16th century sandstone sculpture from Central India.

Oscar winner Hollywood star Julia Roberts (Pretty Woman) became interested
in Hinduism after seeing a picture of Hanuman devotee Hindu guru Neem Karoli

Sending Ganesh-Chaturthi greetings - Hindus uirged to undertake deeper study of scriptures

Hindu statesman Rajan Zed, sending early Ganesh-Chaturthi greetings to one
billion Hindus of the world, has urged them to undertake deeper study of
Hindu scriptures.

Zed, who is the President of Universal Society of Hinduism, in a release in
Nevada (USA) today, wished that all prayers of devotees be answered on
auspicious occasion of Ganesh-Chaturthi, which falls on September 11 this
year celebrating the birth of Lord Ganesh.

NAS Saudi Arabian Airline recruits students of Frankfinn Institute for international cabin crew

Saudi Arabian airline, NAS, has recruited 10 Indian students of Frankfinn
