Toyota Kirloskar Motor Sales Grow by 17% in October 2010

New Delhi, Delhi, November 1, 2010 /Washington Bangla Radio / India PRwire/  Toyota Kirloskar Motor has registered a growth of 17% in sales in October 2010 compared to the same period last year. It sold 6602 units in October 2010 against 5650 units in October last year.

A growth of 49% has been recorded for the period January to October 2010, over the same period last year.

Honda To Manufacture CBR250R Sports Bikes in India For Indian and Latin American Markets

CALCUTTA, October 28, 2010  (Washington Bangla Radio / Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India will also start production of the CBR250R early next year and extend sales from India to South America, the company said in a statement.

Skoda Auto Ambassador Jack Bobridge Wins Two Gold In CWG New Delhi

Bobridge claimed his first gold ahead of New Zealander Jesse Sergeant and said after the win: “I've been striving now for the last couple of years to get an individual gold medal”.


Skoda Auto sees their greatest car sales ever in September

October 19, 2010 (Washington Bangla Radio / FPRC) The biggest Czech automobile manufacturer Škoda Auto continues on its dynamic growth curve. 75,790 vehicles sold in September (last year: 69,023) represents the best sales result in a single month ever. In the first nine months of 2010, Škoda increased worldwide deliveries by 12.8 percent for a total of 568,990 units (January – September 2009: 504,625).

TVS Motor Company Q2 Revenue Grows 43% - PBT grows 181 %; PAT grows 123 %

General Motors India’s September 2010 Sales grow by 13% at 8617 units

New Delhi, Oct 15, 2010 (Washinton Bangla Radio / prurgent) General Motors India has registered an impressive growth of 13% in sales in September 2010, compared to the corresponding period last year. It sold 8617 units in September 2010 against 7654 units in September 2009.

The September 2010 sales comprised 2753 units of Chevrolet Beat, 2424 units of the Chevrolet Spark, 1578 units of the Chevrolet Tavera, 847 units of the Chevrolet Cruze, 325 Units of Chevrolet Aveo, 287 units of Chevrolet Aveo U-VA, 236 units of Chevrolet Optra and 167 units of the Chevrolet Captiva.
