According to the Indian mythology, Dakshayani or Sati (the daughter of Daksha )had married the Lord Shiva against the wish of her own father Daksha in the Satya Yuga. Daksha was very angry with it and wanted to take revenge on Lord Shiva - the son in law of Daksha. So, he arranged a Vrihaspati yagna and invited all the deities except his own daughter Dakshayani or Sati and son in law Lord Shiva.

The legendary Indian actor Megestar Mithun Chakraborty is known as the one of the best dancers of this planet as a matter of fact. He has gifted us many hit and quality films in Hindi, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Oddiya etc. All most each and every song of those films is very popular till date. And among those of very popular songs, many songs are dance numbers actually.
